Feb., 1992 Company established, with initial capital of 10 million yen.
June, 1999 Trade name changed to D3PUBLISHER INC.
Head office relocated to Jingu-mae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
July, 1999 Business rights of the video game division transferred from Culture Publishers Inc.
March, 2001 Head office relocated to Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Jan., 2002 Stock registered with the Japan Security Dealers Association as an OTC company (capital increased to 407.43 million yen).
Nov., 2002 The total number of "SIMPLE" series products shipped worldwide reaches 10 million.
Feb., 2004 Capital and business partnership formed with FIELDS CORPORATION(capital increased to 824.94 million yen).
Aug., 2004 Head office relocated to Dogen-zaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
Acquired all stocks of Entertainment Software Publishing Inc., a subsidiary (percentage of stocks held: 100%).
Nov., 2004 D3Publisher of America, INC. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established.
Dec., 2004 Registration as an OTC company with JSDA canceled; stock listed on the JASDAQ securities exchange.
March, 2005 By allocating shares to a third party, and D3PUBLISHER INC. becomes a consolidated subsidiary of FIELDS CORPORATION.(capital increased to 1.726 billion yen).
Nov., 2005 D3Publisher of Europe Ltd. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) established.
April, 2006 The company is partitioned.
(Trade name is changed to D3 INC., and a new D3PUBLISHER is established; they inherit the company's old business, while the new D3 INC. becomes a holding company.)
